摘要 纯电动汽车的动力传动系统参数的合理匹配对整车动力性和经济性有着重要影响。本文中以某微型纯电动轿车的开发为平台,对动力传动系统驱动电机、动力电池和变速箱的主要参数进行了设计计算与匹配,并对变速器换挡规律进行了研究,最后应用AVL-Cruise软件对样车进行了整车建模与性能仿真。仿真结果分析表明:汽车的动力性和经济性指标均达到了预期要求,动力传动系统参数设计合理。本研究可为纯电动样车关键部件的选型提供有效依据,也为纯电动汽车动力传动系统参数的设计与匹配提供方法参考。 The reasonable parameters matching of the power train system in a pure electric vehicle is very important to the power and economic performance.Based on the development of a pure electric mini-car,the main parameters of the drive motor,the power battery and the gear box were calculated,designed and matched.The shifting law and method of the gear box were studied.The modeling and simulating of the whole electric car were carried out by using the AVL-Cruise software.The analysis of simulation results show that all the objectives of the power and economic performance meet the expected requirements,and the parameter design of the system is reasonable.This research can offer effective reference to the selection of main components of the power train system,and also provides good method for the parameter design and match of the power train system in the electric vehicle.
