摘要 基于LabVIEW开发平台,设计了一种摩托车制动器性能测试系统。使用高精度传感器采集用于评价各项性能的数据,借助数据采集卡功能实现了传感器与计算机的数据传输,提高了检测精度和提升速率。通过与数据库的连接实现了测试数据的储存、调取。测试结果分析证明,该系统运行稳定正常、效率高。 Based on the LabVIEW development platform,a motorcycle brake performance test system was designed,in which the data was collected using high-precision sensors for evaluating performance,and the data connection and transmission between the sensor and computer were realized by data acquisition card to improve the detection accuracy and increase the rate,the data storage and retrieval were realized by connecting with database.The test results show that the system is stable,normal and efficient.
