摘要
文章介绍了一种新型的工作在3.5GHz的三模介质波导滤波器,设计采用介电常数为36.5的低损耗介质材料。通过改变矩形介质的对称性,使该滤波器中的三个简并模式TE101,TE011和TM110之间产生相互耦合,并可在特定的位置形成传输零点。文章通过三维电磁仿真软件设计了一款基于三模谐振器技术的七阶滤波器,由两个三模谐振腔与一个单模谐振腔级联而成。与单模介质波导滤波器相比,体积更小,性能更优。
In this paper,a novel triple mode ceramic waveguide filter working at3.5GHz is presented,low loss dielectric material of which dielectric constant is36.5is deployed to design the filter.By introducing asymmetry,the three degenerate modes TE101,TE011andTM110are coupled inside each triple mode block,and generate transmission zeros at defined frequencies.A seven-pole filter based on multiple-mode resonators are designed with full wave EM simulator,consists of two triple mode block and one single mode block.Comparing with single mode ceramic waveguide filter,the new design could realize a smaller size and better performance filter.
