摘要
根据新闻视频中每个独立新闻故事开端一般伴随着主持人串场的特点提出分三步的方法将完整的新闻视频分割成独立的故事片段。第一步,用一种带自适应阈值的基于图像直方图的帧间差比较方法找出切变帧实现镜头分割。第二步,取每个镜头的首帧并在该帧上用Opencv视觉库提供的人脸检测和识别的功能检测和识别主持人脸。第三步,把存在主持人脸的那一帧看作每则新闻故事的开端进行分割。实验证明,这个技术实现容易效率高,在大量的新闻视频的分割中具有较高的准确率。
Since independent news story in the news video generally begins with the appearance of the host,we can divide the complete news video into separate story pieces in three steps.In the first step,a frame-to-frame difference comparison method based on image histogram with adaptive threshold is used to find the shear frame.The second step,take the first frame of each shot and use face detection and recognition function provieded by the Opencv visual library to detect and identify host face.The third step,take the frame detected with host face as the beginning of each news story to divide the news video.Experiments show that this technique is easy to achieve high efficiency and high accuracy in a large number of news videos.
