摘要
将某型号冰箱压缩机简化为一种2自由度隔振模型,考虑垂直与侧倾两种运动形态,应用拉格朗日法建立动力学方程,绘制参数变化的幅频响应曲线,分析弹簧刚度、支撑间距、偏心距和系统阻尼对力传递率的影响。通过模态实验法测得2阶固有频率,与理论计算值进行对比,验证了理论分析的可靠性,可为冰箱压缩机结构优化与减振降噪设计提供参考依据。
A refrigerator compressor is simplified to a2-DOF vibration isolation model.Considering vertical and rolling movement patterns,the dynamic equation of the model is established based on Lagrange method.The amplitude-frequency response curves with parameter variation are plotted.The effects of spring stiffness,support spacing,eccentricity and system damping on the force transmissibility are analyzed.By means of the modal experiment method,the natural frequencies of the first two orders are measured and compared with the theoretical calculation results,and the reliability of the theoretical analysis is proved.This work provides a reference for structure optimization and vibration and noise reduction design of refrigerator compressors.
