摘要
为改善某车型的NVH性能,对其车身结构进行研究与应变能分析,对抗石击胶的喷涂与沥青阻尼板的厚度进行优化,并进行NVH性能测试。测试结果表明,噪声声压级有较明显降低。对测试结果进行对比分析,得出两种阻尼材料优化方案的特性,并给出最优组合方案。该分析测试方法能够对其他车型的NVH性能改善提供参考。
In order to improve the NVH performance of a vehicle,its body structure and strain energy are analyzed.Then,the stone crash protection coating and bitumen deadener are optimized and the NVH performance is tested.The test results show that the sound pressure level is obviously reduced after the optimization.According to the comparative analysis of the test results,the features of the two damping materials are obtained and their optimal combination scheme is provided.The analysis and test method provide a reference for NVH performance improvement of some other type vehicles.
