胃肠炎肉鸡肠黏膜及血清抗氧化因子和5-羟色胺变化规律研究

Study on the Changes of Antioxidant Factors and 5-Serotonin in Intestinal Mucosa and Serum of Gastroenteritis Broilers

摘要 为阐明胃肠炎肉鸡的肠黏膜和血清抗氧化指标SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC和MAD及炎症因子5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量变化规律。本实验以自然发病的胃肠炎肉鸡为研究对象,采用ELISA法测定十二指肠、空肠、回肠和血清中的SOD、GSH-Px、T-AOC和MAD以及5-HT的含量。实验结果显示,胃肠炎肉鸡的消化道和血清中的SOD、GSH-Px和T-AOC在数值上都低于健康对照组,而MAD的含量高于健康对照组,绝大部分指标差异达到显著水平(P<0.05),其中十二指肠的抗氧化功能最低。胃肠炎肉鸡血清5-HT含量显著高于健康肉鸡(P<0.05);A组空肠和回肠,B、C组十二指肠和空肠5-HT含量显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05);说明胃肠炎肉鸡的血清和肠黏膜5-HT含量明显上升,抗氧化功能显著下降,活性氧代谢产物明显增加。 This paper aims to elucidate the change of antioxidant indexes SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,MAD and inflammatory factor5-HT in digestive tract mucosa and serum of broiler chickens with digestive tract diseases.The natural cases of broiler chickens with gastroenteritis were selected as research object.Duodenum,jejunum,ileum and the contents of SOD,GSH-Px,T-AOC,MAD and5-HT in serum were determined by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed the levels of SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC in the digestive tract and serum of broilers were significantly lower than those in healthy controls,the content of MAD was higher than that of healthy controls.Most index difference reached a significant level(P<0.05),the antioxidant function of the duodenum was lowest.The content of serum5-HT in gastroenteritis broilers was significantly higher than that in healthy broilers(P<0.05).The content of5-HT in jejunum and ileum of group A,duodenum and jejunum of group B,C,was significantly higher than that in healthy controls.The content of5-HT in serum of gastroenteritis broiler and intestinal mucosa increased evidently,the antioxidant function decreased obviously and the active oxygen metabolites increased significantly.
