In the new era,ideological and political work in colleges and universities is more complicated and thetask is more arduous,which requests us to change with things,times and situation,and constantly study newsituations,explore the new ways and constantly create a new situation of ideological and political work in collegesand universities.This paper summarizes the practice of the School of Information and Electrical Engineering,implementing system engineering,and makes a combination fist to provide new ideas for the ideological andpolitical work of colleges and universities.
