人力资本投资领域研究的发展演进——基于CiteSpace的可视化研究

The Evolution of the Research on Human Capital Investment:Based on the Visualization Study of Citespace

借助文献计量软件Cite Space,以1998~2016年Web of Science数据库与1987~2016年CNKI数据库中收录的人力资本投资文献为对象进行分析,研究发现国际人力资本投资研究呈现整体增加态势,国内研究先增后减;发文量集中在美国、英国和中国;国内外的学科研究均集中在经济管理学科,但国际研究凸显跨学科特点,其研究内容较为广泛,研究层次上更具时代意义。基于全球化背景,国际研究关注地区间的政治、经济、贸易、环境、资源、技术等领域的人力资本投资,国内研究则与中国国情一致,倾向于将人力资本投资与西部农村、高等职业教育、农民工等联系起来。人力资本结构及其形式等基础研究内容可能作为我国人力资本投资研究的新兴领域,显示国内研究与发达国家尚存在较大差距。

Based on the Web of Science database from1998to2016and CNKI database from1987to2016as an object of human capital investment literature,by means of literature metrology software-CiteSpace,the study found that internationalresearch on human capital investment presents an overall increasing trend,posting is concentrated in the US,the UK and China;research at home and abroad are all concentrated on the economic management discipline.But the international research highlights interdisciplinary characteristics,its research content is relatively broad,research level is much more significance.Based on the background of globalization,the international research of human capital investment focusedon regionalpolitics,economy,trade,environment,resourcesand technology.The domestic research is consistent with national conditions,tend to connect human capital investment withwestern rural areas,higher vocation education,migrant workers,etc.The structure and formof human capital is the basic research contents,it may be a new field of human capital investment in China,which shows that there is still a big gap between the domestic research and the developed countries.
