摘要 针对传统单一接地故障选线装置的选线效果不理想,分析了智能变电站小电流接地故障选线系统发展趋势,并提出了一种新的小电流接地故障选线系统。该系统结合智能变电站的组成结构和数据传输特点,由间隔层保护测控装置完成对线路信号的采集,利用GOOSE报文传输机制通过站控层网络,上送故障选线装置,由该装置进行故障判断。仿真结果表明该系统可快速、准确地判断出故障线路。 Aiming at the unsatisfactory route selection result of traditional single grounding fault line selection device,this paper analyzed the development trend of small current grounding fault line selection system in intelligent substation and proposed a new kind of small current grounding fault line selection system.This system combined the intelligent substation composition structure with data transmission characteristics and finished the line signal acquisition through the interlayer protection device.By using the GOOSE message transmission mechanism through the station control layer network,the line signal was sent to the fault line selection device for fault judgment.The simulation results show that this system can judge the fault line quickly and correctly.
