摘要
文章以重力式码头方块和卸荷板大体积混凝土结构为研究对象,通过测温和对比试验对温控膨胀剂在大体积混凝土裂缝防治方面进行研究,试验其温度控制及防裂效果。提出在常规条件下大体积混凝土中HST-A2高性能温控膨胀剂的标准掺入量和施工中应采取的关键技术措施,实现了基本消除大体积混凝土裂缝的目标。
Taking the mass block and unloading-board concrete structure of gravity wharf as the research object,through temperature measurement and contrast test,we have made a research in preventing the cracks of mass concrete structure by using temperature controlling expending agent.Through exploring its control ability in temperature and cracks preventment of mass concrete,we have come up with the optimal dose of HST-A2temperature controlling expending agent in normal mass concrete construction condition and key technical measures to be taken in construction.The goal of eliminating the mass concrete cracks has achieved basically.
