腰椎间盘突出症患者行髓核摘除单侧内固定椎间融合术治疗的临床效果分析

目的着重于探讨髓核摘除单侧内固定椎间融合术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床效果。方法对42例本院2014年1月~2016年12月期间收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者进行研究,按照随机数字法分为实验组与对照组,各21例。对照组采用髓核摘除双侧内固定椎间融合术治疗,实验组采用髓核摘除单侧内固定椎间融合术治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果两组融合率、Mac Nab优良率、并发症发生率以及住院时间均无统计学差异,实验组术中出血量为(179.3±62.8)m L,手术时间为(1.03±0.32)h,明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髓核摘除单侧内固定椎间融合术治疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够发挥手术时间短、术中出血量少的优势,临床应用价值极高。

Objective Discussion focuses on the removal of nucleus pulposus intervertebral fusion unilateral internal fixation for treatment of patients with lumbar disc prolapse.Methods For42cases in our hospital from January2014to December2014patients admitted during the period of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,according to the method of random Numbers are divided into experimental group and control group,21cases each.Control group adopts the removal of nucleus pulposus intervertebral fusion bilateral internal fixation treatment,the experimental group USES the removal of nucleus pulposus intervertebral fusion unilateral internal fixation treatment,to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results Two groups of fusion rate,the rate of good MacNab,complications and length of hospital stay were no statistical difference,bleeding amount of experimental group is(179.3±62.8)for ml,operation time for h(1.03±0.32),significantly less than the control group,significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Removal of nucleus pulposus intervertebral fusion unilateral internal fixation treatment to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion shorter operation time,intraoperative blood loss,less the advantages of high value for clinical application.
