在现代散打比赛中,摔法的运用一直受到关注,是主导比赛胜负的关键技术。同时也是中国队制约外国运动员的"秘密"武器。文章通过对散打摔法和中国式摔跤技术的对比分析,找出两者间的共同点和差异,以使散打吸取中国式摔跤中摔法的精华,去其不足,进而对散打摔法进行梳理,丰富摔法技术,使摔法在散打竞技中发挥应有的作用。

In modern Sanshou competition,the use of law has been followed wrestling,it is a key technology leading the match.But also the Chinese team restricted"secret"weapon of foreign athletes.This study of law and Chinese Sanda wrestling style wrestling technique comparative analysis to identify similarities and differences between the two,so that Chinese-style wrestling in Sanda absorb the essence of Wrestling,to its weaknesses,so Sanda wrestling method carding,rich wrestling technique to make waling play its due role in Sanda Competitions.
