长拳难度动作训练科学化研究

摘要 文章以现代竞技武术规则为基准,通过分析研究以及多年的教学训练经验,认为竞技武术在高速发展的现代,技巧类技术要求更高、更新、更美,对于运动员和教练员都是一个新的要求,因此引入科学训练方法势在必得。文章以通过对国内外有关科学训练指导指标中的肌电测试为起点,论述了长拳难度动作训练中运用科学训练的重要性,从而揭示影响完成动作时运动变化特点,为完善技术动作,指导教练员进行科学化的训练提供帮助。 The paper,takes modern rules of competitive Wushu as a benchmark by analyzing studies and many years of teaching and training experience of competitive Wushu,finds that in modern high-speed development the higher technical skill requirements,the newer and more beautiful actions,are the new requirements for athletes and coaches,so the introduction of scientific training method is urgent.Based on the indicators related to domestic and foreign scientific training guidance in the EMG test as a starting point,the study discusses the importance of training in the use of scientific training Changquan difficulty movements,which reveals the features impacting movement completion,to improve technical movements of Wushu,to help instructors conducting scientific training.
