少数民族传统体育的源流与特征探析

各个民族的体育文化组成了少数民族传统体育,并在其中发挥着重要的作用,其具有独特的文化价值和体育特征。文章通过文献资料法、实地调查法、调查研究法,对少数民族传统体育的源流与特征进行深入研究。研究结果表明:少数民族传统体育起源于劳动生活、宗教祭祀、军事活动、闲暇娱乐和民俗活动中,其主要特征是地域性、民俗性、传承性、娱乐性与亲和性。文章将对少数民族传统体育的源流及特征进行探析,为发扬和传承少数民族传统体育运动提供一条清晰理性的文学阐述。

The sports culture of various nationalities constitutes the minority nationality traditional sports,and plays an important role in it,which has unique cultural value and physical characteristics.This paper studies the source flow and characteristics of traditional sports in minorities with the methods of documentary data,field investigation and other research methods.The results show that the traditional minority sports originated from labor life,religious worship,military activities,leisure,entertainment and folk activities,the main the features of them are regional,nationalism,inheritance,entertaining and affinity.The article carries on the analysis of the origin and characteristics of traditional minority sports,and provides a clear rational literature in this paper for carrying forward and inheriting the traditional minority sports.
