组织沟通对企业员工绩效的影响 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,由于信息技术的高速发展,使得组织中的交流更多地采用了电子通信手段,而忽视了面对面交流。本文首先指出了因组织缺乏沟通,而容易产生的一系列问题。其次提出了有效沟通如何转变员工态度和行为,以及沟通对员工自身的影响。再次,研究了伦理型领导和家长式领导行为对管理人员与员工沟通过程的影响,以及这种影响会导致的后果。最后提出了合理化建议,就如何进行有针对性的干预,以期实现组织价值的最大化。
