笔者通过多年来在GIS空间数据质量检查验收工作中积累的一些实践方法、经验与体会,阐述了地理信息数据的质量问题,提出了地理信息空间数据误差的来源和形成原因,并对产生的原因进行分析,提出了地理信息空间数据质量评价体系以及方法。通过制定有效的质量控制方法,最终保证地理信息空间数据的质量,为地理信息的广泛应用和发展提供基础保障。

Practice and experience method,through the experience accumulated over the years in the work of quality inspectionand acceptance of GIS spatial data,describes the quality problem of geographic information data,the source of geographicalinformation and spatial data error and the causes,and the reasons for analysis,put forward the spatial data quality evaluationsystem and methods.Through the development of effective quality control methods,and ultimately to ensure the quality ofgeospatial data,geographic information for the wide application and development of the basic protection.
