摘要
目的了解导师制在临床医学专业"2.5+2.5"校院一体化背景下后2.5阶段中的作用与成效。方法自行设计调查问卷,对绍兴文理学院医学院临床医学专业校院一体化教学背景下后2.5阶段的80名学生进行自填式匿名问卷调查。结果绝大多数(85%)学生表示导师制带教对学生课堂教学内容的进一步理解巩固、对人文爱伤理念的更新、对职业文化的正确认知、参与科研兴趣的培养、促进沟通交流技巧应用、熟悉医疗工作流程、激发主动学习的欲望、掌握急救技能以及临床评判性思维的培养有很大的促进作用。结论导师制带教能使临床医学专业校院一体化教学运行模式体现早临床、多临床、反复临床的宗旨更具有可操作性,更好地使医学生了解、熟悉和掌握临床医学所需的专业、人文知识与实践技能、沟通技巧的运用、临床评判性思维的培养以及对职业文化的正确认知。
objective:to underst,and the tutor system in clinical medical specialty\"2.5+2.5\"colleges,under the background of the integration of the role and effect after2.5stage.Methods:the self-designed questionnaire,the shaoxing liberal arts college school of medicine,clinical medicine professional colleges,the integration of teaching under the background of2.5after stage of the80students from fi lling type anonymous questionnaire.Results:the vast majority(85%)of the students said they tutor system teaching classroom teaching content to students further understanding of the cement,on the concept of humanistic love injury update,correct cognition of professional culture,participate in the cultivation of the scientifi c research interest,and promote communication based on the communication skills,be familiar with the process of medical work,active learning desire,learn first aid skills and the cultivation of clinical critical thinking has great role in promoting.Conclusion:tutor system teaching can make the clinical medicine professional colleges,the integration teaching mode manifests the early clinical operation and clinical and repeated clinical purpose more operable,make medical students better understand and familiar with and master the clinical medical professional and humanistic knowledge and practical skills,communication skills,clinical the cultivation of critical thinking andcorrect recognition of professional culture.
