摘要
对近年来国内外生物质炭农田利用对土壤酶活性影响的研究进行了分析和综述。首先,运用Web of Science和CNKI数据库的论文搜索功能,对国内外有关生物质炭影响土壤酶活性的研究论文发表情况进行了分析;随后,对生物质炭影响土壤酶活性的研究测定方法进行了分析评述;接着,重点介绍了生物质炭对土壤中与N和P利用相关的酶、土壤有机碳矿化过程有关的酶、氧化还原酶和水解酶活性的影响,分析了土壤酶活性受生物质炭影响的机理;最后,对今后的研究重点和方向进行了展望。
The effects of biochar on soil enzyme activities are summarized.First,with the help of search functions ofWeb of Science databaseand CNKI database,the number of published papers about the effects of biochar on soil enzyme activities are explored and analyzed.Thereafter,the analysis is given to the determination method of enzyme when soil applied with biochar.Then,this paper focuseson the effects of biochar on various soil enzyme activities,such as N and P transformation related soil enzymes,mineralization of soilorganic matter related enzymes,soil redox enzymes and hydrolases.After that,the mechanismfor biochar affecting soil enzyme activityis introduced.In the end,prospects,orientation and focal points of the researches in this field are discussed.
