贵州地方高校大学生对转基因食品认知调查及分析

A Survey of Undergraduates' Attitude towards GM Foods in Guizhou

为了解贵州地方高校大学生对转基因食品的认知程度、获取信息渠道、消费倾向等信息,对遵义师范学院186名在校大学生(包含生物专业和非生物专业)采用有关转基因食品认识的问卷进行调查。结果表明生物专业的全体学生以及非生物专业的大多数学生对"转基因"名词并不陌生,但对转基因食品认识差别略有不同,生物专业学生较非生物专业学生了解程度略高。在获取有关转基因食品信息渠道方面更多的是来自网络和媒体报道;对待是否选择转基因食品,生物专业和非生物专业分别为81.32%和81.05%学生倾向于非转基因食品,对转基因食品持谨慎态度;另外,大学生普遍认为要严格标识转基因食品,保障消费者的知情权和选择权。

Aquestionnaire is conducted among186undergraduates(including majors and non-majors)of Zunyi Normal College to learntheir understanding of GMfoods,their way of getting the information of GMfoods and their inclination towards consumption.The resultshows that the term“GMfoods”is not strange to the biology majors and most of the non-majors of biology,and there exists certain differenceof recognition towards the termbetween the majors and non-majors,and the majors knowmore about the termthan the non-majors.All of themknowthe information about GMfood through internet,and81.32%of the majors and81.05%of the non-majors are inclinedto choose non-GMfoods and hold a prudent attitude towards GMfoods;In addition,it is generally claimed that the GMfoodsshould be marked saliently for the sake of consumers.
