复杂适应系统理论下的大学生创业支持体系探究

On the Supportive System for College Students' Entrepreneurship under the Complex Adaptive Theory

当今世界经济形势错综复杂。受世界经济形势影响,我国经济发展过程也存在诸多不确定因素以及阻力,传统就业空间被不断压缩,大学生就业压力日益凸显。当前大学生创业热情不断高涨,但成功率不高。大学生自主创业无疑是一种复杂适应系统,为了解大学生创业现状及社会需求需对复杂适应系统理论下的大学生创业支持体系展开研究。

The current world economy is very complex.Influenced by the world economy,China’s economy is confronted with many uncertaintiesand obstacles in its development:traditional jobs are decreasing,and the pressure on employment is increasing.Currently,college students’enthusiasmfor entrepreneurship continues to grow,but their employment rate is not high.There is no doubt that collegestudents’entrepreneurship is a kind of complex adaptive system.In order to understand college students’entrepreneurial situation andsocial development,we launch an investigation onto the supportive systemfor college students’entrepreneurship under the complex adaptivetheory.
