This paper introduces the experience of innovative primary school English teachingand learning activities under the network environment.It also puts forward the"three-procedure fivestepautonomous interactive"teaching and research model.Besides,it elaborates on the steps of how toimplement the teaching and research activities with the help of specific examples.This new type ofteaching and research model provides a guarantee for symposiums by establishing effective teachingand research mechanisms and channels of communication.Through holding regional symposiums andstrengthening interscholastic communication,opportunities for teachers’co-development are created.Inaddition,through a combination of offline activities and online interaction,the scope of the time andspace of the symposium is expanded.
