轧机减速器吊装用双车专用吊具的设计

针对现场轧钢产线上单台起重机的额定起重能力不能够满足大型轧机减速器的安全性吊装的状况,对于起重量大、作业风险程度较高的轧机减速器吊装作业需选用专用吊具进行吊装作业,文章介绍了大型轧机减速器吊装用专用吊具的方案设计及应用。

According to the rolling production line of single crane rated lifting capacity can not meet the large mill reducer safety lifting condition for weight,for heavy lifting and high level operation risk of rolling mill reducer hoisting should be used to special lifting device for hoisting operation.This paper introduces the design and application of the special sling for the reducer of large rolling mill.
