肠囊样积气症临床病理学观察

Clinical and pathological observation of pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis

目的整理1例肠囊样积气症及文献中12例的诊治结果,探讨肠囊样积气症的临床病理特征。方法收集本院诊治肠囊样积气症1例的临床及病理资料,查阅文献,收集临床及病理资料完整的病例12例,对患者的性别、年龄等临床资料及大体所见、病理诊断等相关情况进行分析比较。结果临床以胃肠道症状为主,男性略多于女性,发病年龄宽泛,主要发病部位为结肠,活检镜下可见囊腔,多核巨细胞、炎细胞浸润等。结论肠囊样积气症是一种罕见的消化系统疾病,其临床表现易与其他消化道疾病相混淆,需在疾病早期进行肠镜检查及病理活检后明确诊断进而进行规范化治疗。

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of1cases of Pneumatosis Cystoides Intestinalis and gas accumulationand the results of diagnosis and treatment in12cases.Methods The clinical and pathological data were collected,the diagnosis and treatmentof Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis1cases literature,collected12cases with complete clinical and pathological data of the patients,the clinical dataof patients with gender,age and general findings,pathological diagnosis and other related conditions were analyzed and compared.Results Theclinical symptoms were gastrointestinal symptoms,the male was slightly more than the female,the age of onset was broad,the main site of the diseasewas the colon.Conclusion Pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis is a rare disease of digestive system and its clinical manifestation is easily confusedwith other diseases of digestive tract,need colonoscopy and biopsy in early disease after diagnosis and standardized treatment.
