本文通过分析推荐免试攻读硕士学位优秀应届本科毕业生选拔过程中出现的问题,旨在考察优秀本科生与研究生培养模式的衔接问题,探究推免生考核在人才选拔方面的重要作用,进而为创新高校人才培养模式,加大优秀人才选拔力度,提高推荐免试生生源质量,推动本科教学质量的提高提供新的研究视角。

By analyzing the problems in the process of selecting outstanding undergraduates exempt from postgraduate entrance examination,this paper aims to investigate the transition from undergraduate education and postgraduate education,and explore the importance of the exemption from examinations in talent selection,hoping to provide a new research perspective for innovating the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities,increase the number of outstanding talents selected,improve the quality of undergraduates exempt from postgraduate entrance examination,and promote the improvement of undergraduate teaching quality.
