关于军事理论学科教学模式构建的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Construction of a Military Theory Teaching Model

军事理论学科的教学模式,应着重以如何正确育人为宗旨,以提高学生军事理论素养为目的,从军事理论学科教学的目的、内容、途径、方法和过程这五方面来构建新式的军事理论学科教学模式。教学模式旨在某种固定的教学理论、教学思想的指导下,经过长时间教学实践积累,形成相对稳定的教学结构和方式。它既包括教学目的、内容、方法、手段和教师、学生等横向的联合和组合,又表现为一定纵向的时间顺序,具有很强的时空结构性、教学形式的多样性和教学目的的针对性。这些结构和顺序的不同组合和排列,形成了不同的教学模式,从而使教学活动显现出丰富多彩的表现形式。创造新的军事理论教学模式,为军事理论学科教学提供科学的结构、优化的程序和简单的步骤,创造最佳的教学育人效果,实现目的和规律的统一,是目前普通高校军事理论学科创新教学的重中之重。

The teaching model of military theory should focus on how to correctly educate people for the purpose of improving the students'quality of military theory.We should construct a new military theory teaching model from such five aspects as purpose,content,approach,method and process.The teaching model aims at forming a relatively stable teaching structure and way underthe guidance of a certain fixed teaching theory and teaching idea after a long period of teaching practice accumulation.It includes both the horizontal joint and combination of teaching purpose,content,methods,means and teachers,students,and a certain vertical time sequence,with a strong space-time structure,the diversity of teaching forms and the pertinence of teaching objectives.Different combinations and arrangements of the structures and sequences form different teaching models,making teaching activities colorful.It is the top priority of the current military theory teaching in common colleges to create a new military theory teaching model,provide scientific structures,optimized and simple procedures for military theory teaching,so as to achieve the best effect of education and make objectives conform to rules.
