他山之石,可以攻玉——提升班主任影响力的几个契机

摘要 一个优秀班级的形成,必须要有个团结一致、积极向上的班集体,那如何培养优秀的班集体呢?俗话说:"孩子像父母,学生像班主任。"因此,班主任的言谈举止在班集体形成和学生成长过程中具有至关重要的引导作用。然而,面对一个个有着不同的成长背景和鲜明个性特征的独生子女,作为班集体主心骨的班主任如何最大限度地提升自己的影响力、充分发挥自己的主心骨作用?首先,要认真了解学生情况,精心准备,在知己知彼的前提下,着力塑造符合学生心理的班主任形象,做到"先入为主";其次,要时刻关注每一个学生的全面发展,用行动去证明、去感化,做到关怀要无微不至而且及时;最后,要把自己渊博的知识和丰富的经验,结合学生实际情况,无保留地传授给他们,以此来提升个人的魅力;总之,只有用真心去寻找、发现、创造教育契机,用爱心去守护,才能成为一位成功的、受人尊敬的优秀班主任。 To form an excellent class,there must be a united,positive and progressive class collective,but how to cultivate an excellent class collective is a problem.As the saying goes,"children are like parents,and students are like head teachers."Therefore,the head teacher's speech and behavior has a crucial guiding role in the formation of a class formation and the growth of students.However,in the face of children from single-child families with different growth backgrounds and distinctive personality characteristics,how head teachers maximize their influence and give full play to their leading role to the greatest extent is a problem.First of all,we must seriously learn about the situation of students and make careful preparations,focusing on shaping the image of head teachers in line with the psychological characteristics of students;second,we must always pay attention to the comprehensive development of each student,prove ourselves and influence students with behaviors and treat them with good-to-excellent care;we should impart our knowledge to students without reservation.In short,only by seeking,discovering and creating education opportunities and protect students with love can we become successful and outstanding head teachers respected by people.
