大学生突发事件舆情应对的现状及对策

The Current Situation and Countermeasures of Public Opinion Response of College Students' Emergencies

新媒体的迅猛发展和普及应用,给大学生突发事件舆情应对创造了条件,更带来了挑战。突发事件舆情可以分为形成、爆发、蔓延、平复四个阶段,只有熟悉舆情生成规律,才能科学有效地进行舆情应对。本文分析了大学生突发事件舆情应对现状,研究其存在的主要问题,即策略较为老套、观念相对滞后、缺乏应对经验等,提出了高校舆情应对应该掌握应急处置原则,遵循新闻传播规律,建立预警防范等策略。

The rapid development,popularization and application of new media has brought both conditions and opportunities for public opinions of college students'emergencies.The public opinions of emergencies can be divided into such four stages as formation,outbreak,spread and settlement.Only with a clear knowledge about the law of public opinion generation can we scientifically and effectively cope with them.This paper analyzes the current situation of public opinion response of college students'emergencies,studies the main problems,that is,old-fashioned strategies,backward concepts,insufficient coping experience,etc.,and puts forward the corresponding strategies,such as grasping treatment principles,adhering to news spread rules and establishing an early warning system.
