省级党校学位研究生教育管理工作的思考——以中共陕西省委党校为例

Thought on the Management of Degree Graduate Education in Provincial Party Schools:A Case Study of Shaanxi Provincial Party School of the CPC

陕西省委党校是全国党校系统第二批具有硕士学位授予权的省级党校,自1995年硕士学位研究生招生以来,学位研究生的教育管理工作始终是该校工作的重点。目前,陕西省委党校在学位研究生教育管理中面临生源不足等问题,对此,学校应重视学位研究生招生宣传工作,切实加强学位研究生导师队伍建设,提升行政管理服务水平。

Shaanxi Provincial CPC Party School is the second batch of provincial Party school that has master's degree granting.Since1995,Shaanxi Provincial CPC Party School have been recruitingdegree graduates.Degree graduates education and management work has always been the focus of the school work.At present,Shaanxi Provincial CPC Party School faces the problem of insufficient students and so on.Therefore,the school should pay attention to the degree graduate student recruitment and propaganda work.Simultaneously,Shaanxi Provincial CPC PartySchool should strengthen the postgraduates'tutor team and improve the administrative service level.
