自媒体所具有的信息量大、资源丰富、形式多样等特征,契合了当代大学生追求标新立异、张扬个性的特点,深刻影响了他们的日常生活。然而,对于传统的高校思想政治教育工作来说,自媒体时代的到来实质上是把"双刃剑",这就是需要高校思想政治教育工作者抢抓发展机遇,积极应对复杂挑战,开启自媒体时代高校思想政治教育工作的新模式。

Containing a large amount of information,rich in resources and forms,we media fits the contemporary college students'characteristics to pursue unconventional personality,and has a profound impact on their daily lives.However,for the traditional ideological and political education work,the arrival of the we media era is essentially a"double-edged sword",which requires that ideological and political education workers should seize the development opportunities,and actively respond to complex challenges,so as to open a new model of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the we media era.
