本文结合我国当今教育环境不断发展变化的大背景,研究了特殊的教育主体——女教师的职业懈怠问题,试图从不同视角分析女教师更容易出现职业懈怠的原因,并提出了解决女教师职业懈怠问题的对策。

This paper has paid a focus on the phenomena of professional burnout for the female teachers under the background of China's education development.We try to find out the causes for this problem and gives some suggestions on solving this problem.
