班级干部是一个班集体的旗帜,反映出这个班级的整体面貌。班级干部是班级管理环节中的中间环节,是连接教师、学生、学校的纽带和桥梁。班级管理工作中少不了这一环节的参与、执行以及上传下达,班级干部的工作是班级正常运行的关键因素。班级干部的素质是完成各项工作的前提。加强班级干部建设则是必不可少的准备工作。高职班级干部队伍建设在选拔、培养、任用方面都存在着或多或少的问题,针对这些问题提出相应的对策。

Class cadres are the flag of a class,reflecting the overall condition of the class.As the intermediate link of class management,class cadres are the bond and bridge connecting the teachers,students and the school.Class management cannot be separated from class cadres as the key factor ensuring the normal order of a class.The quality of class cadres is the premise of finishing various class work,so the training of class cadres is a necessary preparation of other work.There are more or less some problems in the selection,training and appointment of higher vocational class cadres,so this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve them.
