摘要
农村教育作为我国教育的重要组成部分,始终是我国大力发展教育的一部分,而西部农村随着撤校并校措施的实施,使得大量适龄学生在小学、初中即选择就读寄宿制学校。寄宿制学校的产生解决了学生上学远、上学难的问题,但也产生了其它的教育问题。寄宿制学校因学校管理的需求,设置较多的教学、自习课时,使得学生每天在学习投入时间与自由活动时间比例不协调,师资配备的不足又使得学生在学习过程中缺少有针对性的引导、辅导。由此造成学生学习时缺少目标,独立学习能力差,自习课堂嬉戏、说话,表现出了不合理的学习品质。
As an important part of education in China,rural education has always been part of the development of education in China.Measures are taken in western rural areas to withdraw and combine schools,making a large number of school-age students choose to attend boarding schools in primary and secondary schools.The emergence of boarding schools solves the problem that the students travel long distances to school.However,other educational problems arise.Due to the need of school management,the boarding school has a large number of teaching and self-study hours,which causes the imbalance in the proportion of the time spent in study and on free activities.And lack of teachers makes the students short of targeted guidance and counseling in the learning process.Therefore,students study with few aims,have poor learning ability,play and talk in self-study classes and show an unreasonable learning quality.
