检察院公务员心理状况调查——以某市检察院为例

An Investigation on the Psychological State of Civil Servants in Procuratorates:Taking a Municipal Procuratorate as an Example

社会经济快速发展给公务员群体带来巨大的压力与挑战,也使其成为心理疾病的高危人群。检察院公务员由于工作的特殊性,心理健康状况不容乐观。本文以某市检察院公务员为例进行心理状况调查,结果发现,检察院公务员心理健康总体情况尚好,部分人员存在着情绪焦虑、社会支持欠缺、面对工作消极懈怠等情况,逐渐显现出公务员群体潜在的心理健康问题;社会支持及应对方式是影响检察院公务员心理状况的重要因素。

The rapid development of social economy has brought great pressure and challenge to civil servants,making them a high-risk group of mental illness.Due to the particularity of their work,civil servants in procuratorates's mental health is not optimistic.In this paper,an investigation was made on the psychological state of civil servants in a municipal procuratorate,and it was found that the overall situation of their mental health is good,but some of them are suffering from emotional anxiety,insufficient social support and low enthusiasm for work,gradually showing the potential mental health problems of civil servants;social support and coping style is an important factor affecting the psychological status of civil servants in procuratorates.
