浅析法治思维下的大学生思想政治教育

On the Ideological and Political Education of College Students under the Thought of the Rule of Law

随着依法治国理念的提出与逐步落实,法制观念已经深入人心,党的十八大再次提出全面推进依法治国,在这样的背景下,运用法治思维进行大学生思想政治教育成为大势所趋。大学生作为国家的未来和希望,思想政治教育显得尤为重要,但在依法治国背景下大学生思想政治教育还存在大学生法律意识淡薄、思想政治教育法制环境不够完善、思想政治教育效果不明显等问题,亟须通过深化法治教育理念、深化思想政治教育法治环境、优化思想政治教育手段等方法进一步改进和加强依法治国背景下运用法治思维开展大学生思想政治教育。

With the development and gradual implementation ofthe concept of ruling the country according to law,the concept ofthe rule of law has been deeply rooted in the people's mind,andthe18th National Party Congress once again put forward thecomprehensively advancement of the rule of law.In this context,the use of the rule of law in the ideological and political educationof college students becomes a major trend.College students arethe future and hope of our country,so the ideological and politicaleducation of them is particularly important.However,there arestill some problems in the ideological and political education ofcollege students under the background of ruling the country accordingto law.Therefore,some measures should be taken to improveand strengthen the ideological and political education ofcollege students in this context.
