摘要
当今的青年教师正处在社会经济快速发展的时代,伴随着社会上形式主义、实用主义价值观的盛行,高校出现了一系列问题,部分教师产生职业倦怠感、工作压力增强,高校青年教师发展面临着困境与挑战。这些困境与挑战将如何解决呢?一种优秀的组织文化,能够让青年教师体验到归属感、凝聚感和方向感。本研究以组织文化为切入点,结合组织文化的物质文化、制度文化、精神文化的划分,从理念、机制、路径三个层面提出高校青年教师发展的策略,从而促进青年教师的发展。
Today's young teachers are in the era of rapid socio-economicdevelopment.Along with the prevalence of formalismand pragmatism in the society,there are a series of colleges anduniversities.Some teachers are suffering from job burnout andwork pressure,and the development of young teachers in collegesand universities is faced with difficulties and challenges.Howwill these dilemmas and challenges be resolved?An excellent organizationalculture that enables young teachers to experience asense of belonging,a sense of cohesion and a sense of direction.In this study,with the organizational culture as the starting point,combined with the division of organizational culture into materialculture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,this paper putsforward the strategies of young teachers'development in collegesand universities from such three levels as concept,mechanismand path,in order promote the development of young teachers.
