浅谈新建地方高校职业生涯发展规划课程的建设

On the Construction of Career Development and Planning Course in Newly-built Local Colleges and Universities

随着就业竞争的日趋激烈,高校毕业生的就业压力倍增。如何帮助在校大学生正确定位,在激烈的就业竞争中凸显自身优势,成为了各高校亟待解决的问题。新建地方高校因在地域、教育资源条件方面存在一定劣势,在学生的职业规划教育上也不同程度地存在思想观念陈旧,职业规划课程开设晚、教学投入不足、没有固定的教研机构、缺乏专业教师团队、没有有效的考核和评价机制等现实问题。新建地方高校可以通过转变观念、完善课程设置、配备教研指导机构、加强师资队伍建设、规范评价机制、创新教学模式等方式来加强对在校学生职业生涯发展规划课程的建设。

With the increasingly fierce competition in employment,college graduates'employment pressure doubled.How tohelp college students to orient themselves correctly and highlighttheir own advantages in the fierce employment competition hasbecome a problem to be solved in colleges and universities.Innewly-built local colleges and universities,there are some disadvantagesin terms of geographical and educational resources,andthere are also some problems in the career planning education ofstudents.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasuresto enhance the construction of career development andplanning course in newly-built local colleges and universities.
