摘要 研讨式教学是近年来广为推行的一类新型教学方法,从目前的资料显示,研讨式教学在"行政法与行政诉讼法"中还未得以大规模地推广和应用。本文着重探索"行政法与行政诉讼法"的教学现状与"行政法与行政诉讼法"在各高校实施的可能性、必要性,以及研讨式教学在实施过程中应该注意的相关事项,及其对应用型法学人才培养的作用。 Discussion-based teaching is a kind of new teachingmethod which has been widely practiced in recent years.Thepresent information indicates that the method has not been widelypromoted and applied in"Administrative Law and AdministrativeProcedure Law".This paper focuses on the teaching situation of"Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law"and thepossibility and necessity of its implementation in colleges and universities,points out the relevant issues needing attention in theimplementation of discussion-based teaching,as well as the roleof the method in cultivating applied law talents.
