赴泰汉语教师跨文化交际能力培养探析--以百色学院为例

A Probe into the Cultivation of Cross-cultural Communicative Competence of Chinese Teachers in Thailand: A Case Study on Baise University

有效的跨文化交际策略培养可以提高跨文化交际的能力。本文以百色学院赴泰汉语教师的跨文化适应情况为例,通过调查问卷了解他们在泰国的跨文化适应情况,分析跨文化交际能力对其在泰国工作、生活的影响,进而提出相应跨文化交际能力培养的对策,提高其跨文化交际能力。

Effective training of cross-cultural communicationstrategies can improve the competence of cross-cultural communication.With the cross-cultural adaption of Chinese teachersfrom Baise University as a case,through the questionnaire abouttheir cross-cultural adaptation in Thailand,this paper analyzesthe influence of cross-cultural communicative competence ontheir work and life in Thailand,and then puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures for the cultivation of cross-culturalcommunicative competence,in order to improve the teachers'cross-cultural communication competence.
