独立学院外语专业师生对个性化人才培养课程设置的认知差异

The Cognitive Differences between Teachers and Students in the Curriculum Setting of Personalized Talent Cultivation for Foreign Language Majors in Independent Colleges

本文通过对广州大学松田学院外语专业师生的问卷调查数据分析,发现教师和学生在课程设置问题上的认知差异,并充分关注学生的认知度,找出教师与学生认知平衡点,为在课程设置方面如何充分体现个性化的人才培养理念提供借鉴。

Based on the data analysis of a questionnaire survey onteachers and students from the foreign language majors of SontanCollege of Guangzhou University,we find the cognitive differencesbetween teachers and students in curriculum setting.Wealso pay full attention to students'cognition and find out the cognitivebalance between teachers and students,so as to provide areference for fully reflecting the concept of personalized talentcultivation in curriculum setting.
