摘要
近年来,我国部分高校先后创立荣誉学院或荣誉项目,探索实施选择性精英教育。为了解和把握荣誉学院人才培养的质量和成效,本文从J大学荣誉学院2016届毕业生的学业成绩、科研成果和教育成效三个方面的显性信息入手,调研人才培养的现状。针对调研数据和结果,从正反两方面总结行之有效的举措和有待改进之处,并进一步提出提升人才培养质量的路径和建议。
In recent years,some colleges and universities in Chinahave established Honors School,to explore the implementationof selective elite education.In order to understand the quality andeffectiveness of the Honors School cultivating mode,2016graduatesof J University Honors School are listed as examples,startingfrom the students'academic achievement,scientific researchachievement and educational achievement.According to the researchdata and the results,the effective measures are summedup from both positive and negative aspects,and further the pathand suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of personneltraining.
