民族教育作为我国提高少数民族文化水平,改善民族关系的一大重要举措,在大学已经发展了成熟的专业及明细学科,并越来越得到国家重视。但民族生在扩招进入高校后,存在许多问题,民族生的教育管理需要作出哪些对策进行改进,这都是本文要解决的问题。

As an important measure to improve the cultural levelof ethnic minorities and improve ethnic relations,ethnic educationhas developed mature professional and detailed disciplines,and has been paid more and more attention by the state.However,there are many problems in ethnic college students,so whatcountermeasures are needed to improve the education managementof them is the problem to be solved in this paper.
