大学生未就业原因及对策研究--以地方性高校信息工程学院为例

A Study on the Causes and Countermeasures of University Students' Unemployment: Taking College of Information Engineering in Local Universities as an Example

本次未就业调查的对象是信息工程学院的应届毕业生,发放未就业调查问卷400份,回收其中383份,调查显示:学生未就业主要原因为自信心不足,其比例高达63%;此外,6%的同学选择考研继续深造;9%的同学选择考公务员;3%的同学等待家人帮忙解决工作;9%的同学打算毕业之后再找;6%的同学表示选择太多,难以确定;4%的同学选择其他,主要集中在银行、教师、电网考试等,所以,创新就业工作思维和方法,提升就业服务能力,促进学生就业显得尤为重要。

The respondents of this survey are fresh graduates fromcolleges of information engineering.400questionnaires on thesituation of employment were distributed and383of them werecollected.The survey shows that:the main reason of unemploymentof students is a lack of self-confidence,and the proportionis up to63%;6%of the students choose to take part in postgraduateentrance examinations;9%of the students choose to takeexaminations of civil servants;3%of the students waiting for thehelp from their families;9%of the students are going to find jobsafter graduation;6%of the students have too much choice;4%ofthe students choose others,mainly including banks,schools,power grid examinations,etc.So it is particularly important to innovatethe thinking and methods of employment,enhance theemployment service capabilities,and promote students'employment.
