双相不锈钢热处理变形矫正工艺预研 被引量:1

摘要 对于2205双相不锈钢焊接后产生的变形,船东一般要求不能通过火工的方法予以矫正;而双相不锈钢在焊接过程中很难控制其变形,双相钢拼板焊接后产生的变形一般用油泵顶或加强筋拉等方法加以矫正,过程复杂。通过介绍沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司在双相不锈钢上应用热处理工艺进行变形矫正的一些分析与试验,提出矫正作业关键控制要点,为相关建造领域中的变形矫正提供预先理论性研究支撑。 Welding deformation of2205duplex stainless steel often occurs in chemical tanker construction,whereas shipowners are usually opposite to use the method of hot processing for straightening.Thus the oil pump jack-up method andthe stiffener pulling method are often used as the option to deal with the deformation of duplex stainless steel in weldingthough they are rather complicated.This paper introduces the analysis and experiments carried out by Hudong-ZhonghuaShipbuilding(Group)Co.,Ltd.to solve the problem of deformation flattening with the heat treatment method for duplexstainless steel and elaborates the key control points.It is expected to provide the pre-theoretical research support for thedeformation flattening method in this field.
