Application and Optimization of SEM System in the In-house Collaboration Projects

企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)是信息化时代企业发展战略的关键组成部分,其核心是将企业各方面的资源(包括人力、资金、信息、物资和技术)充分整合和优化,进而提高企业的资金周转率、仓储周转率和生产效率,降低企业的生产成本等。以上海外高桥造船有限公司、上海江南长兴重工有限责任公司和上海外高桥造船海洋工程有限公司的业务交互现状为实例,通过研究企业间的业务协作物流模式,分析当前协作式物流管理的现状和存在的问题,梳理、定义、优化一体化物资及财务管理业务流程,建立适应企业现状的物资与财务管理模式,构建并优化跨公司、跨地域的一体化信息平台,即造船企业管理(Shipbuilding Enterprise Management,SEM)系统。

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)is a key component of enterprise development strategy in the informationera,where the core is to integrate and optimize all the enterprise resources including manpower,capital,information,materials and technology to improve the capital turnover and storage turnover;reduce production costs and improveproduction efficiency.Taking the business interaction of three enterprises-Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd,Shanghai Jiangnan-Changxing Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding&Offshore Co.,Ltd.asthe example,this paper studies the logistics collaboration model among the enterprises and analyzes the current status andproblems in the collaborative logistics management.It sorts out,defines and optimizes the integration of material andfinancial management,establishes the material and financial management model in accordance with the enterprise’ssituation,builds up and optimizes the cross-company and cross-region integrated information platform,i.e.theShipbuilding Enterprise Management(SEM)system.
