环太湖流域养殖水产品中氟苯尼考残留现状及风险评估 被引量:8

Residue and Health Risk Assessment of Florfenicol in Aquaculture Products around Tai Lake

摘要 氟苯尼考是一种广谱高效抗菌药物,能够治疗动物疾病、促进动物生长,在水产养殖中被广泛使用,但其不合理的使用会导致一系列问题的产生。对2016年养殖期内环太湖流域的养殖水产品进行采样,分析其体内氟苯尼考的含量,并依据每日允许摄入量(ADI)值评估水产品中氟苯尼考对人体健康的风险。共采集养殖水产品116份,涉及的养殖品种有团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala)、青虾(Macrobrachium nipponense)、鲈鱼(Lateolabrax japonicus)和中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)。研究结果表明:氟苯尼考的检出率为67.24%,检出值范围为0.131 7~938.825 6μg·kg^(-1)。在养殖期内,养殖水产品氟苯尼考含量变化基本呈低-高-低的趋势,9月份含量最高。由于养殖方式不同,不同养殖品种体内氟苯尼考含量不同,中华绒螯蟹体内氟苯尼考含量相对较低,平均值为7.84μg·kg^(-1)。成年人通过食用水产品氟苯尼考的摄入量约占ADI的1.83%,健康风险较低,膳食安全性高。研究结果可为合理指导养殖水产品的消费提供一定的依据,为环保部门监管抗生素环境残留提供参考。 Florfenicol,with broad-spectrum-efficiency,is used to improve the health and yields of farmed animals,including fish.However,its usage is accompanied by undesirable ecological effects.In2016,aquaculture products around Tai Lake were collectedduring an entire breeding cycle and assessed for health risks based on acceptable daily intake(ADI).A total of116aquacultureproduct samples were collected,including Megalobrama amblycephala,Macrobrachium nipponense,Lateolabrax japonicus andEriocheir sinensis.The results revealed that the sample detection rate was67.24%and the florfenicol content ranged from0.1317to938.8256μg·kg-1.During the entire breeding season,our results further indicated a low-high-low trend of florfenicol in theaquaculture products and the highest concentration registered in September.The content of florfenicol was related to speciesrevealing the residual of florfenicol in Eriocheir sinensis as relatively the lowest and the average value was7.84μg·kg-1.The intakedose of florfenicol via aquaculture products accounted for acceptable daily intake(ADI)1.83%,suggesting the dietary security washigh.This survey provided a basis for rational consumption of aquatic products,improving the regulation on residual antibiotics forenvironmental protection agencies.
