摘要
本文深入分析了我国目前兽医卫生法律体系建设的现状和取得的成效,从配套规章不健全、法律制度不完善等方面分析了我国兽医立法层面和执法层面存在的问题,并从如何构建法律框架体系、立法规划等方面提出了几点建议,希望对完善我国兽医法律体系提供参考。
The current situation and achievements of the legal system construction of veterinary hygiene in China were investigated in the paper.The problems in veterinary legislation and law enforcement were analyzed from the aspects of incomplete supporting rules and legal system in China.Suggestions were put forward on the construction of the legal frame system and legislation planning,hoping to provide references in improving our veterinary legal system.
