快递业作为商品流通环节新型手段,其发展速度日趋加快。本文以内蒙古自治区通辽市快递业与动物源性食品流通环节的监管现状为切入点,分析了快递业管理、监督的现存问题,提出了依法确认管理人、把好流通关口等解决方法,以期与同行探讨。

Express delivery industry as a new means of commodity circulation,its development is accelerating rapidly.Based on the regulatory status of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Tongliao city express industry and animal food circulation as the breakthrough point,analyzes the existing problems of the express industry management,supervision,management,put forward according to the law to confirm the good circulation of checkpoints and other solutions,hoping to discuss with their peers.
