羊痘是一种急性、热性、高度接触性的传染病。本文介绍了近年来我国羊痘的流行情况,阐述了羊痘的实验室诊断与免疫现状,分析了羊痘防控工作面临的挑战,如羊养殖方式落后、羊痘的基础免疫和调运监管难度大、企业与科研机构实验室生物安全监管难度大等,以期为我国羊痘的防治工作提供参考。

Capripox is an acute,febrile and highly contagious disease.The prevalence of Capripox,the laboratory diagnosis and the immunization status in recent years were introduced in this paper.The challenges of the prevention and control work were analyzed,such as the culture methods were too backward,the basic immunity and transport supervision were difficult,the biosafety monitoring of laboratories in enterprises and research institutions was very difficult,and so on,in order to provide reference for the prevention and control work in China.
