三维袋四层复合材料热封条件与热封性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了确定三维袋四层铝塑复合材料撕裂强度的影响因素,以及得出影响撕裂强度因素的最优参数,首先通过预试验确定出影响因素的大致范围,通过单因素热封试验,确定撕裂强度受各因素影响的初始规律,得到各个热封因素的取值范围;其次根据单因素试验的结果设计响应面试验;最后通过响应面分析法分析各个热封因素对撕裂强度的影响规律。在单因素试验中,热封温度和热封时间对撕裂强度的影响较为显著,而热封压力对撕裂强度的影响较小。通过最后响应面图分析得到最佳热封条件为:温度为182.24℃,时间为1.35 s,压力为197.20 N,此时撕裂强度为42.2215 N/15 mm。 To determine the factors affecting the tear strength of three-dimensional bag by four layer Aluminum-plastic composite material,and obtain optimal parameters of affecting tear strength.Firstly,the approximate range of factor value was determined through pre-experiment.Through the single factor experiment of heat sealing,the initial rules of tear strength affected by various factors were determined.We can get the value range of each heat sealing factors.Secondly according to the result of the single factor experiment,response surface experiment was designed.Finally,we use the response surface analysis method to analyze the influences of the heat sealing factors on the tear strength.In the single factor experiment,the influence of heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time on the tear strength was significant,but the heat sealing pressure had little effect on the tear strength.The optimum heat sealing condition is temperature182.24℃,time1.35s,pressure197.20N.And the tearing strength is42.2215N/15mm at this point.
